How to Use this book: SIX STEPS TO MAKE GOOD USE OF THIS BOOK 1) Put the patient's name and bed location on the outside cover. 2) Put yours and other important phone numbers in the inside cover. 3) Read the table of contents yourself and to the patient -- if possible. 4) Write a get well in the "Visitors' Log." 5) Write a prayer in the "Prayers" section. 6) Make sure the duty nurse is aware of the importance of this book to the patient and the family.  -  Ask the nurse to write a note under "Medical Personnel."  -  Ask the nurse to help others find and use the book when they come     to visit.
